Does it hurt?
Many laser hair removal, laser rejuvenation, and spider vein removal patients describe the sensation as similar to being hit with a rubber band. The pain lasts only as long as the laser pulses, and irritation goes away in one to three hours. Patients can take two Extra Strength Tylenol prior to treatment to help alleviate any discomfort.
Laser wrinkle reduction feels like a warm, prickly heat. A numbing cream is applied before treatment to reduce any possible discomfort.

Do I need a consultation?
Yes. However, if you want to receive laser hair removal treatment the same day you come in for your consultation, please make sure you have two days of hair growth.
Does it work for everyone?
Yes! Laser wrinkle reduction, sun/age spot removal, skin rejuvenation, and spider vein removal works on all skin types. Laser hair removal also works on all skin types. However, red, gray, and blonde hair cannot be removed by lasers.
Is it permanent?
Laser hair removal is permanent, and spider vein removal is permanent for existing veins. New spider veins may develop and can be treated. Wrinkle reductions touch-ups should be scheduled twice a year. New sun spots can appear if you get too much sun exposure.
